　　This system uses C/S/I three-layer structure, the first is data acquisition layer, the second is data storage layer and the third is data network layer。

　　Data storage layer：it is responsible storage for the recording files, audio and video data, cases files and personnel files. In the data storage layer, data is very crucial。
　　Client：in this system the client is located in the data again use, for example, printout, backup storage, recording storage, case management, personnel management, etc。
