　　二、System structure:
　　The front end part
　　The signal acquisition equipment includes video, alarm signal acquisition and other analog acquisition equipment. It is responsible for coding of collecting video, alarming signal, compression to signal digital and transmit through the network according to the standard agreement。
　　The center control part
　　The center control system is the brain of the whole port remote monitoring system. It is charge with the management and control work, receiving the monitoring and alarming signals and image data from the remote monitoring site, send action commands to every remote control site。
　　三、System composition:
　　This system divides dock area, bonded warehouse, important gateway, container area into several monitoring spots. Every spot is installed some cameras that monitoring for 24 hours. Set a main control center in office building to centrally manage all monitoring areas. In the main control center, the personnel can clearly see loading, transport in the front of the pier and the situation of personnel and vehicles in working area. It will fundamentally solve the management problem, strengthen and improve production safety supervision and scheduling efficiency on-site。
　　The bonded warehousing logistics monitoring system will directly input customs be stored in the bonded warehouse into or out of the direct input customs warehouse situation, cancel the original system and manual bonded warehouse。
　　The warehouse entry and taking out of storage situation in the bonded warehouse will be directly input the customs system through the bonded warehousing logistics monitoring system, instead of the original manual bonded warehouse system。
