一、System introduction：
With the development of global industrialization, human survival environment is hurt by life and production pollutants. Now people pay more attention to improve the living environment. Environmental protection and environment monitoring become important work of our rational utilization of environment and resources and protecting the ecological environment。
My company developed a set of environmental monitoring system according to the environmental protection industry characteristics and request of environmental protection departments. It is a set of collection, control and analysis software, and can transmit the video data to environmental protection departments just by GPRS data networks. It makes environmental protection departments really know the situation of environmental protection. This system can be widely used in wastewater monitoring, emission monitoring, remote mountainous areas and remote hydrological spots。
二、System function：
Currently, the environmental protection departments are governing the environment. It need transfer the locale environmental monitoring video images to centralized monitoring center。
According to the special monitoring request of environmental protection industry, we developed the environment monitoring video monitoring system based on GPRS network：
·Use wireless network (GPRS networks), without network cabling。
·Each production enterprise users only need to set video equipment, by centralized software to management。
·Pollution monitoring equipment send the collected pollution data and alarm messages to environmental supervising departments by GPRS networks. It can improve the working efficiency and provide a new way of environmental protection。
·The system covers large area. It can be applied in the national scope, including the remote mountainous areas that China mobile communication company covers。
·The network can reconnect automatically when it is disconnected. The system can maintain automatically。
·It can monitor multiple scene images in a same screen。
·Images are very clear without Mosaic. It can store sequently。
