一、Software Introduction：

Using the network structure of cyber cafes provides a good network condition for IP network monitor system. Because of the traditional DVR inserted card mode has many unstable factors, it is very convenient and save manpower to realize the monitoring project by NVS。
二、Application Features：
Snapshot when the insert card：
Install a camera in the entrance and exit of cyber cafes, then set snapshot functions. The system will snapshot images when someone come into the cyber cafes. Only save snapshot images in the monitoring center, in order to inquire and analyse images conveniently and prevent minor coming into the cyber café。
Expand
In the city, monitoring systems need to expand, by using an existing network, only need to increase NVS and the corresponding monitoring equipment, greatly reduce the cost。
Centralized Storage：
The monitoring center has special storage server to save all video data。
Centralized Control：
Powerful remote monitoring and management center system centrally control all network cameras and servers, real-time monitoring of the work state of NVS host。
The local portion control：
Install the client software in a computer of the cyber café. It will realize to preview video images, playback, control Pan/Tilt and record, etc。
Virtual matrix：
Through the network to exchange digital video data and using video decoding to revert simulated video, to realize the function of simulated matrix and compose a set of virtual matrix。
Large network：
All cyber cafes in the city compose the large cafes centralized monitoring system。
Streaming media server：
Alarm and transmit video information to the public security offices through the streaming media server。
Alarm linkage：
When the motion detecting, annunciator, lost video alarm, NVS automatically transmit images, voice hint to management center and can set up automatically call alarm telephone。
Client：
Install client software, can realize to preview, playback, control Pan/Tilt, record and other functions in the local machine。
IE browsing：
Through the streaming media server, realize IE browsing。
Motion detection：
Set motion detection in important position。
Real-time monitoring：
Real-time video and audio monitoring。
System log：
Operation log, alarm and detailed log note operation details。
Electronic map：
Multistage electronic maps。
