一、Function introduction：
·Multicolor touch LCD appraiser. The clerk brushes his IC card to login when he begins to work. And the system will have voice prompt “Hello, welcome”. It can display advertisement in the standby time.When the client finishing his business, the clerk presses the button of “please appraise”, the system will have voice prompt “please appraise our service”. It also has voice prompt “Thank you for you appraisement, welcome back again” when the client press the key。
·The client appraisement buttons have “basic satisfaction” “very satisfaction” and “attitude is not good”。
·The LCD appraiser displays the star level of current clerk through the star level indicating light. (An open indicating light stands for a star level, it is divided into 1 to 5 star level)。
·The appraisement information can be inputted effectively until in
5 second that the “please appraise” is pressed
。
·Support one computer connect 50 appraisers, use a COM, the maximal clerk NO. is 128。
·Support the clerk identity identification by the IC card. The identity that was appraised can be identified effectively. It can avoid the situation of wrong appraisement。
·The voice function of “ one meter” and “Chinese/English” switch
function are be integrated
。
·Users can choose USB port to transmit. If one appraiser uses USB connection, the others use serial connection or one appraiser is corresponding to one computer。
·Every appraiser has a excellent and steady switch power supply。
·It can be received and sent information through wireless way. It is not need to wire. So it is very convenient。
二、Hardware composition
IC card
Save the clerk information. There are picture, name, duty and NO. on it. The client can customize the IC card。
Appraiser operator
Users can choose communication way according the practical situation. The communication distant is 200 meters. The appraisement contents have “basic satisfaction” “very satisfaction” and “attitude is not good” . Support the clerk identity identification。
Appraiser controller
Supply the voice prompt of “hello”, “welcome”, “please appraise my service”, “sorry” and “please wait outside the one meter”, etc. Users can set up the appraisement regulations。
