Megaland digital monitoring server is guaranteed one year and the warranty of main components is 12 months. One year free replacement except keyboard, mouse and remote controller, etc. The card that damaged by stains and smear will not be guaranteed.
Software：
Lifelong maintenance, free upgrade, free maintenance a year after check and acceptance of the system, sign another maintenance contract after one year.
We will respond in 12 hours and repair well in 24 hours when receiving client maintenance telephone.
If the digital monitoring server has hardware failures in normal use process in the first 12 months, we can provide free door to door service. Free door-to-door service is limited original configuration.
The computer hardware malfunction caused by man-made excuse, accident, misuse and force majeure, we do not assume responsibilities. The software, CDS and other gifts is not in the above warranty scope.
The company retains the final right to interpret the above promise.
